Ladies, it’s time to say goodbye to those bingo wings with this quick but effective arm workout.
Warm up with 10 minutes on the cross training, making sure you use your arms to encourage blood flow.
The workout uses three supersets (where two exercises are performed after each other with no rest until the second exercise is complete).
- Straight Bar Cable Curls 3 x 12
- Rope Pushdowns 3 x 12
- Straight Barbell Curls 3 x 12
- Dips 3 x 12*
*Dips can be performed as bodyweight on dip machine or assisted
- Alternating Dumbell Curls 3 x 12
- Dumbell Kickbacks 3 x 12
The entire workout should only take about 25 minutes.
