  • Pour the low fat natural yoghurt into a bowl big enough to allow you to mix the ingredients
  • Add the whey protein into the bowl and mix until perfectly smooth, this can take up to 30 seconds
  • Wash and chop a handful of red berries to garnish, we also added some shredded coconut for taste and decoration
