This is one of my favourite arm workouts, give it a go!

4 rounds of:

  • 20 Standing DB bicep curls
  • 20 Standing DB hammer curls
  • 20 Alternating DB front-hammer curls (focusing more on brachialis)
  • 20 Seated DB curls

4 rounds of:

  • 20 Bench dips
  • 20 DB kickback
  • 20 Skull crusher
  • 20 Cable pushdowns

4 rounds of:

  • 20 High face cable curls
  • 20 Cable over head ext
