Ab Workout

Abs / Abs / All Workouts / Hes / Shes Ab Workout

We have created a quick and simple, but highly effective, Ab workout.

Add this on before or after a workout or simply do it on its own!

  • Incline bench sit-ups – 15 reps
  • Lying or Hanging Leg raises (hanging preferably!)- 15 reps
  • Heel touches – 15 reps each side (30 in total)

Repeat 4 times with a rest of 1 minute between each circuit set.
