Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These treats are packed with protein, easy to make and don’t involve any baking! The perfect post-workout snack.

  • 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 scoops of whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed


  1. Mix together the peanut butter, protein powder, bananas and flax seed in a large bowl
  2. Shape the mixture into walnut sized balls
  3. Place them in a container lined with parchment to separate layers
  4. Freeze for at least two hours
