Taking our diet back to basics, we reduce the level of inflammation in the body caused by a western diet full of gluten and sugar. Excess inflammation is a core risk factor in many diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and caner. Yet they will eat between 21-56 meals a week depending on their eating habits. It’s what we decide to make ourselves out of that counts. Hence ‘you are what you eat’.

For those looking to take their health and nutrition to the next level with the Paleo Diet, we suggest you start small and start now. Begin by removing gluten, refined sugar and alcohol from your diet. Eat more organic vegetables and meat. Be really prepared, plan out your meals for the week on Sunday and shop in bulk, as they say “fail to plan and you’re planning to fail”.
